# Comment on a pull request

Commenting on pull requests is essential for providing feedback, clarifying doubts and discussing revisions before merging.

Follow these steps to add a comment on a pull request on Protocol.Land:

1. Navigate to the Pull Requests tab on the main page of the repository.\

2. By default, the list of open pull requests are displayed.
3. Click on the pull request you wish to comment on from the list.
4. You will be redirected to the main page of the pull request.
5. Type in your comment in the provided text area towards the bottom of the pull request page.
6. Click “Comment”.\

7. The pull request timeline on the "Overview" tab is updated with the latest comment.
